Our Bamboo Conservatory Bar is centrally air conditioned and sits on ‘top’ of the swimming pool. Here, one can find inimitable food like avocado, green chilli and tomato in mango vinaigrette with tempura prawn, pan fried grouper served with two sauces of white wine, crème fraiche and parsley pesto. We also have a daily Chef’s Special on the menu. Guests enjoy the perfect espresso or fresh coffee served from a cafetiere with complimentary coconut macaroon.

The pool side is perfect for corporate launches, corporate cocktails and other functions. A tropical backdrop of plants is set behind the pool and the garden offers guests a peaceful and tranquil setting even though the hotel is a few minutes drive away from the city.
